To earn points, you must give your rewards member number to your server each time you make a purchase. If you joined our rewards program prior to Jan. 2021, you were issued a card with a member number. If you joined after Jan. 2021, your member number is the phone number that you registered at enrollment.

Rewards Club members must keep their personal & contact information up to date in order to take advantage of exclusive offers, discounts and newsletters. Any changes to phone number or email may be made by visiting www.myrepeatrewards.com.

Lazy Lobster Rewards Points have no cash value.

Rewards Club Members will be awarded one point for every dollar spent on the purchase of regularly priced menu items, gift cards and merchandise, unless otherwise specified.

Members earn points when purchasing gift cards, however, points will not be issued when gift cards are redeemed. Earned points do not expire and will carry over annually.

There will be no cash refunds and no points earned when redeeming Rewards Club Certificates.
